eShop Management (m/w/d)
DEIN TÄTIGKEITSBEREICH
- Konzeptionelle Weiterentwicklung des JOBike Online Shops (Marktanalyse, Portfolio-/Sortimentsanalyse, Omnichannel Kampagnen Management in Abstimmung mit Marketing, Optimierung der Customer Journey)
- Laufende operative Betreuung des eShops in Hinblick auf Promo Planung, Optimierung der eShop Performance und User Experience im Webshop,Master Data Pflege, Reklamationsmanagement
- Abstimmung mit internen sowie externen Stakeholdern um den reibungslosen Betrieb des eShop sicherzustellen (Logistik, Lagermanagement)
UNSERE ANFORDERUNGEN
- DU verfügst über eine Ausbildung im Schwerpunkt E-Commerce, Online-Marketing o.ä.
- Mind. 2-3 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bereich E-Commerce und/oder DirectRetail Marketing
- Ausgezeichnete Deutsch-Kenntnisse, gute Englischkenntnisse von Vorteil
- Umsetzungsstärke und hohe Hands-on-Mentalität
- Hohe Analyse-und Zahlenaffinität, strukturierte Arbeitsweise und strategisches Denken
- arbeitest proaktiv und genau, bist pflichtbewusst und verlässlich

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Conceptual development of the JOBike online shop (market analysis, portfolio/sortment analysis, omnichannel campaign management in coordination with marketing, optimization of the customer journey)
- Ongoing operational support of the eShop, focusing on promotional planning, eShop performance optimization, webshop user experience, master data maintenance, and complaint management
- Coordination with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth eShop operations (logistics, warehouse management)
OUR REQUIREMENTS
- You have a background in e-commerce, online marketing, or similar
- At least 2-3 years of professional experience in e-commerce and/or direct retail marketing
- Excellent knowledge of German, with good English skills being advantageous
- Strong implementation skills and a high hands-on mentality
- A strong affinity for analysis and numbers, structured work approach, and strategic thinking
- Proactive, precise, reliable, and conscientious
- Comfortable with remote/home office work
